23m x 50m x 6.5m steel structure with 0.5 Dark Dolphin IBR C1S Chromadek Roof sheeting with 500mm Bullnose run out. Close one side 4.2m and Gable ends 4.2m down from top of columns’ with Dark Dolphin IBR C1S sheeting. Fit 2 chain operated 4.5m x 4.55m high Galvanised Rollup doors to one side with canopy’s. Bubblefoil insulation on roof. Mount 10 off 2.45m x 380mm Chromadek Horizontal Ventilators with bird proofing on the ridge of the roof. Fit 1.2 Polycarbonate IBR Sheets to one side and Gable ends only. Also provided is the Structural Engineering plans and certificate.
