20m x 40 x 5.5m high steel structure with 0.5 Dark Dolphin IBR C1S Chromadek Roof sheeting with 500mm Bullnose run out. Close one side 4.5m and one side 3.1m and Gable ends 4.5m down from top of columns’ with Dark Dolphin IBR C1S sheeting. Fit 2 chain operated 5m x 5m high Galvanised Rollup doors to one side. Fit 2 steel combination doors as mandoors. Bubblefoil insulation on roof. Mount 6 off 2.45m x 380mm Chromadek Horizontal Ventilators with bird proofing on the ridge of the roof. Fit 1.2 Polycarbonate IBR Sheets to one side only. Also provided is the Structural Engineering plans and certificate.
